目的:探讨不同电针刺激参数及组合对脑缺血耐受效应机理的研究进展,寻求最佳的参数组合。方法:从电针频率、电针强度、电针波形和刺激时间等方面,对近年来研究电针刺激参数对脑缺血耐受效应的文献报道做一综述。结果:不同电针刺激参数产生不同的脑缺血耐受机理。结论:电针参数的选择十分重要,但是缺乏统一的标准。
Objective:To investigate the effect of different stimulating parameters on electroacupuncture induced cerebral ischemic tolerance so as to obtain the best combination of the stimulating parameters. Methods:Analyze and study on the relevant literature about the application on the effect of different stimulating parameters including current intensity,frequency,wave form and stimulating time on electroacupuncture induced cerebral ischemic tolerance in the recent years. Results:Electroacupuncture effect on cerebral ischemic tolerance was influenced by different stimulating parameters. Conclusion:The selection of the electroacupuncture parameters are important,but without an unified standard in recent study.
