磨削加工冷却润滑现状及展望

分析了当前磨削加工领域冷却润滑现状:传统浇注式润滑磨削液用量大,经济性能及环保性能均不理想;干式磨削虽然解决了成本高及环境污染问题,但对砂轮及工件材料要求较高,限制了其在加工生产中的应用;微量润滑大大降低了磨削液的使用量,其润滑效果并没有降低,目前已被加工行业广泛应用。基于微量润滑冷却性能尚且不足的实际,纳米流体微量润滑成为当前研究热点。

英文摘要:

The present situation of cooling and lubrication in grinding process is analyzed. The traditional flood grinding needs a lot of grinding fluid,thus the economic performance and environmental performance are not ideal. Although dry grinding has solved the problem of high cost and environmental pollution,it has a high requirement for grinding wheel and workpiece,thus limiting its application in production.Minimum quantity lubrication( MQL) greatly reduces the use of grinding fluid,but the lubrication effect is not reduced and has been widely used in the processing industry. Based on the fact that the cooling performance of MQL is not enough,the nanofluids jet MQL becomes the research direction.
