以叉车产品设计技术的需求为出发点,分析了叉车产品CAD研究现状,指出了叉车概念设计专用辅助系统研发的不足。基于Solidworks平台开发了叉车概念创新的多方案优化设计系统,利用自动化建模技术实现了概念设计方案的组合创新与批量生成。在此基础上,开发了用户交互评价驱动的设计方案优化机制,并通过参数组合、色彩组合、装配组合3个模块和叉车部件模型库实现了叉车概念方案优化的可视化过程。
From the requirements for forklift truck′s design techniques,it analyzed forklift truck′s CAD studies,pointing out the deficiency for its professional conceptual design aiding tools.A forklift truck conceptual design and multi-plan optimization system was constructed based on Solidworks platform,which realized the generating of conceptual designs in batch through automatic modeling techniques and combination methods.One this basis,the design optimization is completed driven by user′s interactive evaluation.The system works with three modules: parameter combination module,color combination module and assembling combination module,together with a forklift part model database,from which the system realized the visual process of forklift truck′s conceptual design.
