The problem of robust passive control for a class of singular uncertain systems with time-delay is discussed.Firstly,a sufficient condition is presented for the system being stable and strictly passive.Based on such a condition,the sufficient condition for the existence of state feedback with time-delay controller is given to make sure that the closed-loop system is stable and strictly passive.Moreover,the control laws are designed in terms of the solution of LMI.Finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the conclusion.
