本文采用以络合萃取为萃取机理的分散液液微萃取(DLLME)方法,结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,建立了酱油中苯甲酸和山梨酸的快速检测方法。实验考察了重要萃取参数,包括萃取剂种类及用量、分散剂种类及用量、pH值、萃取时间以及盐浓度等。结果表明,苯甲酸和山梨酸均在10~1 000μg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9984、0.9986。苯甲酸和山梨酸的检出限分别为2.2、2.0μg/L。该方法被成功应用于酱油中苯甲酸和山梨酸的分析检测,加标回收率在89.5%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~4.1%(n=3)。方法具有操作简单、方便快速、环境友好等优点,适用于酱油中苯甲酸和山梨酸的快速检测。
A novel molecular complex-based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method coupling with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established to determine benzoic acid and sorbic acid in sauce samples.Several important parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized,including kind and volume of extracting solvents,kind and volume of dispersing solvents,pH,ion strength,extraction time.The linear ranges were both 10-1 000μg/L and the correlation coefficient were 0.9984and 0.9986,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the limits of detection(LODs)of the two analytes were 2.2and 2.0μg/L,respectively.The relative recoveries for spiked sauce samples were in the range of 92%-105.5% for benzoic acid,89.5%-101% for sorbic acid with relative standard deviations varying from 1.9%to 4.1%.The proposed method was proved to be a rapid,simple,efficient and environmentally friendly method for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in sauce samples.
