利用前期筛选出的优良根际促生菌株,研制玉米专用菌肥,进行大田试验,测定其替代部分化肥对玉米生长特性的影响.结果表明:利用筛选的优良促生菌研制的玉米专用菌肥符合微生物肥料NY227-94标准.菌肥替代15%~30%化肥的玉米叶片数及植物产量与当地高产栽培方式最佳施肥量之间差异不显著.替代15%化肥的玉米生长特性(株高、干物质积累、农艺性状、产量构成因素及经济产量、植物产量等)与当地高产栽培方式最佳施肥量差异不显著,且个别指标有不同程度提高;替代30%化肥除在植物产量与最佳施肥量相比差异不显著外,其他各项指标均有所下降.专用菌肥替代15% ~30%化肥,可以减少化肥投入,其直接经济效益分别为416.4和1058.4元·hm-2.
This research aimed to develop biofertilizer for maize using plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains screened from pasture rhizosphere. The effects of the biofertilizer on maize growth traits in arid area were investigated here. The results showed that the quality of the biofertilizer complied with the Standard of Microbiological Fertilizer of China (NY227-94). The leaf number and hay yield of the treatment using maize special biofertilizer instead of 15%~30% chemical fertilizer were no significant difference compared with that of local fertilizing standard (100% chemical fertilizer). The growth trait indexes (plant height, dry material accumulation, agronomic traits, yield components and economic yield, yield of plant, et.) of the treatment using maize special biofertilizer instead of 15% chemical fertilizer were no significant difference, and some indexes increased compared with that of the local fertilizing standard, whereas the growth traits (except the yield of plant) of the treatment using maize special biofertilizer instead of 30% chemical fertilizer decreased compared to that of the local fertilizing standard. Using the specialized biofertilizer instead of the 15%~30% chemical fertilizer could reduce the 416.4 CNY·hm-2 and 1058.4 CNY·hm-2 costs of fertilizers.
