Firstly, connotation of logistics chain integration is defined. Secondly, logostics chain integration mode and problems of logistics industry cluster are analyzed. It is considered that locatization of logistics chain intergration is necessary for logistics cluster upgrade as well as regionalization and globalization logistics chain integration. At last, the strategy of upgrading logostics industry cluster are proposed from the point of logistics chain interation.
