以云南省迪庆矿业公司羊拉铜矿的尾矿料为研究对象,按照该矿尾矿堆坝工艺(中线法)的颗粒组成要求,通过人工配料对该矿的全尾矿砂、粗尾矿砂、细尾矿砂的物理力学性质进行了全面测试与研究。对三种尾矿砂的测试结果分析发现:尾矿砂的压缩性、渗透性与尾矿的粒径、孔隙比的关系比较密切。尾矿的各向异性和非均匀性对尾矿的渗透性有很大影响,试验结果显示粗、细尾矿的渗透性都要大于全尾矿的渗透性。还对3种试样的抗剪强度特性进行了分析,试验结果不仅为羊拉铜矿尾矿坝的设计及其稳定性评价提供了基础数据,而且为研究尾矿土的工程力学特性等提供了更详实的资料。
The tailing of Diqing Mine Company of Yunnan province was mainly studied. According to the request of size-consists of grain tailings of tailing dam (centre-line damming),the physical and mechanical properties of tailing sands, coarse tailing sands and fine tailing sands were tested after charging mixture by manpower. The results of tests of three tailing sands show that the compressibility and percolation are closely related to the diameter and void ratio of tailing sands. The anisotropies and heterosphere of tailing sands have great influence on the permeability. And it can decrease the permeability of tailing sands. The results also show that the permeability of coarse tailing sands and fine tailing sands are bigger than that of tailing sand. Moreover, the resistance to shear of three tailing sands is also analyzed. The study not only provide basic data for the design of tailing dam and the stability evaluation of copper mine of Yunnan province, but also provide detailed information for engineering mechanical properties of tailing sands.
