社会资本对农民创业有着直接而重要的影响,主要是通过作用于创业资源的获取,以及示范导向作用降低农民创业者的风险而促使农民创业动机的产生,选择创业行业和地点而实施创业行为。以广东省梅州市和广州市的问卷调查数据为基础,实证分析社会资本因素在农民创业动机产生、创业行业和地点选择及其实施过程中的作用,揭示了社会资本因素对农民创业的影响。进一步丰富农民的社会资本,充分发挥社会资本的积极效应,是推进农民创业发展的必然选择。
英文摘要：
Social capital has a direct and important impact on farmers＇ entrepreneurship, which is realized mainly by the access to entrepreneurial resources and the ＂role model＂ that reduces the risk assessment of their entrepreneurship to generate their motivation of entrepreneurship, promote their implementation of en- trepreneurial behaviors, and make their selection of venture industry and site. The paper collects the data based on the survey of social capital factors in the motivation, entrepreneurial industry and site selection of farmers＇ entrepreneurship in Meizhou city and Guangzhou city of Guangdong province. The empirical analysis has revealed the influence of social capital factors on farmers＇ entrepreneurship. It finds that to further enrich farmers＇ social capital and to give full play to the positive effect of social capital are the inevitable choices to promote the development of their entrepreneurship.
