采用悬浮聚合法,将功能体三油酸甘油酯包埋到醋酸纤维/氰已基纤维素中,制备了一种新型复合吸附剂,并研究了对狄民剂吸附容量及吸附过程的影响。实验结果表明,复合吸附剂对狄氏剂的吸附容量为16600μg/g,其中三油酸甘油酯的吸附量为54200μg/g。吸附剂添加量、初始狄氏剂浓度、温度扣搅拌速度影响吸附动力学过程。Elovich模型很好的拟合了实验数据,拟合结果表明,吸附过程为非均相吸附。但温度和搅拌速度不影响平衡吸附量。共存离子Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+对吸附过程影响不大,但Fe^2+、Cu^2+、Ag^+促进了狄氏剂的吸附,主要是由于醋酸纤维对这些过渡元素的络合作用所致。
A novel triolein-immobilized cellulose acetate/cyanoethyl cellulose adsorbent was prepared by the suspension polymerization. Taking dieldrin as the targeted pollutants of persistent organic pollutants, adsorptive capacity and factors that inffuence the adsorption process were investigated. Adsorptive capacity is about 1660μg/g, and adsorptive capacity of immobilized triolein is about 5420μg/g. Temperature has nothing to do with adsorption capacity at equilibrium, which may be attributed to special structure of adsorbent. Adsorbent mass, initial dieldrin concentration, temperature and shaking speeds affect the adsorptive kinetics. Na^+ ,Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ that exist in water hardly influence the adsorptive process. However, transition metals, such as Fe^3+, Cu^2+ ,Ag^+ accelerate the adsorption. It is main reason that these ions can complexed with cellulose acetate.
