分析了铜管挤压用穿孔针的使用条件与失效形式;从热处理、表面处理、材料成分等方面综述了国内外在提高铜管挤压穿孔针使用寿命方面的研究进展;从穿孔针结构和润滑方式等方面提出一些实用性设想。
The working conditions and failure causes of piercing bar for copper and copper alloys pipe extruding are analyzed. The advance in research progress of prolonging the service life of piercing bar is overviewed from the aspects of heat treatment, surface treatment, composition changing and materials selection. Some practical thoughts are put forward for improving the structure and lubricating conditions of the piercing bar.
