构建人才分类培养体系,对满足学生职业发展的多元化诉求,适应经济社会发展对多样化人才的需求具有重要作用。依据创新型、创业型和应用型本科人才特质及其构成要项,应分别从知识体系、能力体系和技能体系三个层次设计分类培养体系,确立人才分类培养实施体系,建立“一体化”教学组织模式,搭建“校内资源+社会资源”的环境条件,完善学术素养训练平台、创业素养训练平台和专业技能训练平台。为提高人才分类培养效果,需要从分类培养支撑机制、过程管理、资源环境条件及质量评价机制方面改革现有人才培养模式。
The streamed training system is very crucial to the satisfaction of the diversified needs of both the students for their future career and the social economic development for the qualified human resources. The streamed training system of economic management should be set up on the three strata of knowledge, competence and technical skills to match the innovation-type, entrepreneurship-type and applied-type quality requirement of undergraduate students. In this system, an integrated teaching mode should be established, intramural and extramural resources should be combined, and the practical quality training, business-pioneering quality training and specialty skill training platforms should be constructed. To ensure the reform success, the support mechanism, process management, resources allocation and quality appraisal for streamed training mode should be accomplished.
