英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of C10orf99 in the skin basal cell carcinoma （BCC）. Methods： Immunohistochemieal SP method was carried out to detect the expression of C10orf99 in 32 patients with BCC and 20 specimens of normal skin. Results：In normal skin tissues, the positive rate of C10orf99 was 80.00% ,while the expression of C10orf99 was significantly decreased in BCC and the positive rate was 9.38%. The positive expression rate and expression intensity of C10orf99 were both statistically significant between normal skin and BCC（P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The expression of C10ori99 in BCC was significantly lower than that of normal skin and ClOorf99 may be involved in the occurrence and development of BCC.
