Objective： To analyze the present situation of township health centers, the paper puts forward a pedormance management guiding ideology and specific operation method. Methods：Based on the investigation of 1801 township health centers, the suhject part of the material and the data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. Results： The paper summarizes the present situation of township health center, especially the main problems existing. Conclusion： The present situation of township health centers has improved, but still exists many problems. Township health centers put forward how to carry out the guiding ideology and method.
