Government funding for private higher education must make evaluation of the performance on the use of financial resources in private colleges and universities.Current performance evaluation for private colleges is still floating on the surface,unable to go further into its essence.Financial funds have a common property.＂The public＂is to serve the community,and social service capacity of private colleges and universities should become an important consideration in the performance evaluation index.It is necessary to measure private colleges and universities,after receiving financial support,for what they have done to the society and how effective the result is.Correspondingly,the government also needs to introduce policies to guide the private colleges and universities to improve social service capabilities.
