应用材料复合改性原理,以胶粉、消泡剂和硅粉为助剂组分,制备了复合助剂改性混凝土,并采用正交试验研究了其收缩性能。结果表明:在给定的水平范围内,水胶比对复合助剂改性混凝土的收缩性能影响最大,硅粉掺量次之,消泡剂掺量第三,胶粉掺量最小;胶粉对复合助剂改性混凝土7d之前的收缩有明显抑制作用,7d以后抑制效应越来越小且与胶粉掺量无关;配比参数为水胶比0.40,胶粉掺量4.0%,硅粉掺量3.0%,消泡剂掺量0.4%的复合助剂改性混凝土,其收缩性能最优,180d收缩率仅为261×10^-6。
Based on composite modification principle of materials, the composite additives modified concrete (CAMC) was prepared by using latex powder, defoamer and silica fume as components. An orthogonal test was adopted to study the shrinkage property of CAMC. The results show that in the given value range of each factor, water-cement ratio has the greatest effect on shrinkage property of CAMC, next comes silica fume, thirdly comes defoamer followed by latex powder. Latex powder prevents shrinking of CAMC before 7 d, but the preventing effect becomes more and more smaller after 7 d and it has nothing to do with the dosage of latex powder. When the mix parameters are 0. 40 of water-cement ratio, 4.0% of latex powder content, 3.0% of silica fume content and 0. 4% of defoamer content, CAMC shows an optimal shrinkage property because its shrinkage ratio of 180 d is merely 261×10^-6.
