为给植物生长调节剂烯效唑(S3307)的推广应用提供理论基础,以大麦为试验材料,通过喷施S3307和盆栽的方法,探讨了S3307对植物抗盐性及植株水平上Na^+、K^+选择性和游离脯氨酸分配的调控效应。结果表明,喷施S3307后大麦根系的Na^+、K^+选择性吸收能力和运输能力并未提高,由茎向叶鞘、由叶鞘向叶片、由茎向穗的Na^+、K^+选择性运输能力也均未得到提高;然而,喷施S3307却大幅度地提高了大麦地上部分,特剐是重要光合器官中的游离脯氨酸含量,从而增强了其对盐胁迫的抵御能力。
A plant growth regulator-uniconazole(S3307) was sprayed upon the shoots of potted Hordeum vulgare to alter the original balance of endogenous hormone in the whole plant, and to examine the regulatory effect brought about on salt tolerance of plant and selectivity for K^+ over Na^+ and distribution of free proline at whole plant level. The results indicated that, after spraying S3307, the selectivity for K^+ over Na^+ and distribution of proline at whole plant level were regulated, thus the spray may help H. vulgare to adapt to salt environments. The major photosynthetic organs of H.vulgare adapt to NaCl stress by uptaking Na^+ , decreasing the content of K^+ and accumulating free proline by a wide margin.
