建立了1.5MW风力发电齿轮传动系统非线性动力学微分方程,分析了由时变啮合刚度与综合误差引起的内部激励和由风速变化引起的外部激励,给出了使用系数、动载系数和轴承载荷系数的表达式,在此基础上,研究了齿轮传动系统的可靠性评估问题,对齿轮、滚动轴承和传动系统分别进行可靠性评估,最后给出了实例计算结果。
The differential equation which governs the behavior of the gear transmission system of 1.7 MW wind-driven generator is established, the internal excitation due to time-varying mesh stiffness and comprehensive error are discussed in detail, the external excitation caused by wind speed changes is also analyzed. Based on previous models, the expression of bearing load coefficient , dynamic load coefficient and the usage coefficient are obtained. Then the reliabilities for gears and roiling bearing as well as the transmission system are evaluated respectively. The calculation results of an example are provided.
