竞争情报是企业经营决策的重要支柱,而企业对于竞争情报工作的规划则是企业进行情报管理工作的基础。企业情报管理工作包括企业对外的竞争情报分析和对内的客户信息管理。本文以服务型企业为例,研究了企业情报管理工作的规划模式。本文在强调企业外部竞争情报的收集和分析之外,主张对企业内部的客户信息利用数据挖掘的方法进行分析,主张内外融合,双重并举,共同构成企业情报管理工作的两极。
Competitive Intelligence (CI) is an important mainstay in business decision-making in enterprises, while enterprise' s programming of CI work is the basis of enterprise intelligence management work. Enterprise intelligence management work consists of the enterprise' s analysis of external CI and management of internal customer' s data. Taking the service-oriented enterprise for example, this paper gives a study of the programming model of enterprise intelligence management work. Aside from emphasizing the importance of collecting and analyzing the enterprise external CI, this paper also accentuates the analysis of the enterprise internal customer' s data by means of data-mining so as to compose the two aspects of the enterprise intelligence management work from the internal and external perspectives.
