无机纳米涂料因其良好的抗腐蚀、抗擦伤和紫外线屏蔽性,已成为抗紫外涂料研究的热点,其中纳米TiO2、ZnO因良好的紫外吸收能力、稳定的化学性质和无毒副作用等特点,而被广泛地研究和应用。着重对纳米TiO2、ZnO等无机抗紫外涂料的研究进展、作用机理、制备方法进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The inorganic nano-coatings have become a hot research of UV coating due to its good corrosion resistance, anti-abrasion and UV shielding properties. Nano-TiO2, ZnO which with UV absorption capacity, stable chemical properties and toxic side effects, etc. have been extensively studied and applied. The research progress, mechanism of action, preparation methods of the nano-TiO2, ZnO and other inorganic UV coatings were reviewed mainly, and the application prospect were also prospected.
