针对金刚石锯片切割煤岩的复杂非线性动力学问题,建立LS-DYNA金刚石锯片-煤岩有限元模型。根据脆性材料的破碎机理,动态模拟金刚石锯片切割煤岩过程,以及煤岩失效和裂缝的形成过程。结果显示相同的进给速度下,随着转速的增大切割力减小;相同的转速下,随着进给速度的增大切割力增大。
To solve complex nonlinear dynamic problems of coal-rock cutting with diamond saw blade, with LS-DYNA a finite element model of diamond saw blade and coal-rock is established. Based on fragmentation mechanism of brittleness material, simulates dynamically the process of coal-rock cutting with diamond saw blade, as well as failure of coal-rock and crack formation. The results show that given the same feed rate, cutting stress decreases with the increase of rotate speed, and given the same rotate speed, cutting stress increases as the increase of feed rate.
