近年来,随着我国经济的快速增长,经济发展与能源消耗、环境污染的矛盾日益凸显。我国的资源环境承载能力已经接近极限,经济社会的发展受到能源与资源供给不足、利用效率低下及生态环境恶化诸多问题的困扰,严重影响着发展的可持续性。转变经济发展方式是党的十八大提出的战略任务,节能减排是我国＂十二五＂规划中的约束性指标。基于此,我们必须以科学发展观为指导,通过产业结构演进与节能减排的良性互动,促进经济与社会的和谐发展。
英文摘要：
In recent years, with the rapid growth of China＇s economy, economic development and energy consumption, environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent contradiction. China＇s environmental carrying capacity of resources has reached the limit,development of economy and society by the energy, insufficient supply of resources, low efficiency and environmental deterioration plagued by many problems, serious impact on sustainable development. Transformation of economic development is the strategic task of the Party＇s 18 proposed,energy conservation is China＇s ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ binding targets. Based on this, we must be guided by the scientific concept of development, industrial structure evolution through positive interaction and energy conservation, and promote the harmonious development of economy and society.
