The process of "from top to bottom" is used in the whole design. Firstly, the behavior level design, function confirmation and simulation are performed, then the gate circuit is synthesized manually, and finally the logical confirmation and simulation are carried out. The overall system is simulated and verified. This circuit has some merits such as lower power consumption, higher reliability and higher level of integration. This chip may be applied to drive the display panel in VCR, VCD, DVD, home theater product and so on.
