为提高机械清罐的清洗效率,明确清洗过程中各因素对清洗速度的影响,运用流体动力学Fluent计算软件并结合UDF编程,采用VOF模型对同种油清洗过程中储罐内流场进行数值模拟,建立了高压射流机械清罐过程中储罐和喷嘴的计算模型,分析了喷嘴不同入射速度、不同移动速度和清洗液不同温度条件下清洗效果的变化规律,指出同种油清洗过程中,喷嘴射流速度最优范围为28-31 m/s,清洗液温度最优范围为333-338 K,喷枪旋转速度最优范围为0.3-0.5r/min。研究结果可为机械清罐现场作业提供参考。
To improve the cleaning efficiency of mechanical tank cleaning, and identify the influences of vari-ous factors on cleaning speed, based on the fluid dynamic calculation software Fluent and UDF programming, the VOF model has been used to simulate the flow field of the tank during the same oil cleaning process. The calculation model of the tank and the nozzle in the process of high pressure jet mechanical tank cleaning has been established, so as to analyze the cleaning efficiency under different jetting speeds and moving velocities of the nozzle and differ-ent temperatures of the cleaning fluid. The results has shown that, under the same oil cleaning process, the opti-mum range of nozzle jet velocity is 28-31 m/ s , and the optimum temperature range of the cleaning fluid is 333-338 K, the optimum RPM of the jet gun is 0.3-0.5 r /min . The results of the study could provide references for the field operation of mechanical tank cleaning.
