在5 mol%FeCl3·6H2O催化下,1,1,5-三苯基-3-对氯苯基-2-对氯苯甲酰基-1-戊烯-4-炔-3醇可顺利进行分子内傅-克环化反应,以96%的产率得到标题化合物——3-苯基-1-对氯苯基-1-(2-苯乙炔基)-2-对氯苯甲酰基茚.化合物经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,HR MS表征,化合物的结构经X-射线单晶衍射分析确证.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶胞参数:a=11.785(3),b=17.267(4),c=13.713(3),α=90,β=103.215(3),γ=90°,V=2716.7(11)3,Z=4,Dc=1.324 g/cm3,μ=0.267 mm-1,F(000)=1120,结构偏离因子R1=0.0399,wR2=0.1003,共收集到I〉2σ(I)的可观测点4613个.
In the presence of 5 mol% FeCl3·6H2O,Friedel-Craft cyclization of 1,1,5-triphenyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-1-penten-4-yn-3-ol proceeded smoothly and the title compound 2-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-phenyl-1-(2-phenylethynyl)-indene was obtained in 96% yield.The compound was characterized by 1H NMR,13CNMR,IR,HR MS and the structure was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group P2(1)/c with a=11.785(3),b=17.267(4),c=13.713(3),α=90,β=103.215(3),γ=90°,V=2716.7(11)3,Z=4,Dc=1.324 g/cm3,μ=0.267 mm-1,F(000)=1120,the final R1=0.0399 and wR2=0.1003 for 4613 observed reflections with I2σ(I).
