采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),利用SEM、TEM、AFM观察GO表面形貌,XRD、Raman、FT-IR表征GO分子结构,通过MH-3型显微硬度仪测试GO/UHMWPE复合材料的显微硬度。结果表明:制备的GO为二维片状结构,厚度约1.1nm;GO的衍射峰为10.8°;G峰和D峰分别出现在1 590cm-1和1 350cm-1附近;GO含有氧官能团;随着GO含量的增加,GO/UHMWPE复合材料的显微硬度也随之增加。
Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared via Hummers methods.Surface topography of GO was studied by SEM,TEM and AFM.The molecular structure of GO was charactered by XRD,Raman,FT-IR.HM-3 micro-hardness tester was used to measure micro-hardness of GO/UHMWPE composites.The results indicated that GO was a two-dimensional sheet with the thickness about 1.1nm.In the XRD pattern,the strong and sharp peak appeared at 10.8°.The Raman spectrum show that G band and D band were observed at 1 590cm-1 and 1 350cm-1.GO contained the numbered of oxide-containing functional groups.With the increase of GO content,micro-hardness of the GO/UHMWPE composites increased.
