Applying non-cooperative game,the paper discusses two competing supply chains,each consisting of one supplier and one manufacturer.According to the supply channel chosen by manufacturers of two supply chains,it analyzes supply chain member＇s price policy in three competition scenarios,that is,both chains make decentralized decision,both chains make centralized decision,and one chain makes decentralized decision,another makes centralized decision,then compares the price and scale of market in different scenarios,and concludes that first two scenarios exist stable equilibriums.
