City heritage resources of the pre-qin period for the central plains have a long history,which are rich and abundant with high historical,scientific and craft artistic value.However,with the speeding up of urbanization accompanying with the improper understanding and protection of resource development,all the factors lead to many serious damages to the surviving city heritage resources.Under the background of the central plain economic zone construction and tourism development,it is urgent to strengthen the scientific research of city heritage resources of the pre-qin period for the central plains especially from the aspects of the law,planning,education and publicity,personnel training to handle the relationship between the cultural resource development and heritage protection,in order to achieve good economic,social and cultural benefits.
