ISO9000族标准作为当今世界公认的科学、有效地管理手段和工具，近年来越来越多的应用于医院管理之中。我院自2006年起，开始将ISO9000族标准应用于精神专科医院的日常管理，取得了显著的成效，对提高精神专科医院质量管理水平、社会效益和经济效益起到了良好的促进作用。文章通过对比贯标前后各项评价指标，直观地体现了ISO9000族标准对于医院管理的重要作用，并系统总结了我院实施ISO9000族标准的实践经验，以期对我国精神专科医院的发展提供可资借鉴的地方。

英文摘要：

ISO9000 group standards is an advanced management instrument and method, it has been applied successfully in many field. Our hospital began to use ISO9000 group standards in the daily management of the psychiatric hospital since 2006, and it has achieved remarkable results. It played a important role in promoting the quality of management, social and economic benefits of psychiatric hospital. This article contrasts the implementation of each evaluation index to reflecting the important role for hospital management. It summes up the practical experience of earring out ISO9000 group standar in our hospital, and hopes to provide reference for psychiatric hospital development of China.
