模拟不同现场施工条件及环境,设计了覆盖薄膜养护、浇水养护、低温养护几种不同的养护方式,来探索不同养护制度下混凝土的强度发展及渗透性的变化规律.结果表明,养护制度对C50混凝土28d强度的影响显著低于C30.浇水养护7d后,继续延长浇水时间,对强度的影响不大,但对渗透性的影响较大.低温养护下后期强度有一定的强度损失,但仍可以继续发展.随着浇水养护时间的延长,混凝土的抗渗性提高.
The strength development and permeability of concrete under different curing regimes were studied, such as the film curing, watering curing, low temperature curing by simulation of different conditions or environment in site. The results show that, the effect of curing methods on the 28 d strength of C50 concrete was much less than that of C30. When curing time is up to 7 d, water curing time has little effect on the strength, but has great effect on the permeability of concrete. The later strength under low temperature curing still can develop though the strength somewhat will be reduced. With the extension of water curing time, improve the impermeability of concrete is improved.
