研究了离子色谱法同时测定污泥浸出液中重金属离子的方法.采用IonPac CS5A阳离子分离柱,以草酸(MetPac)为淋洗液,紫外检测-离子色谱法分离测定污泥浸出液中常见的阳离子(Pb^2+,Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Co^2+,Zn^2+,Ni^2+),方法检出限为0.023~0.357 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为1.62%~ 4.95%,加标回收率为93.9% ~ 105.3%.该方法用于污泥中的重金属离子同时测定,具有很好的实用性.
The method for the simultaneous determination of heavy metal ions in leaching solution of sludge by ion chromatography is studied. The common inorganic cations ( Pb^2 + , Cu^2+, Cd^2+ , Co^2+, Zn^2+ , Ni^2+ ) are well separated by using IonPac CS5A cation exchange column with MetPac as eluent and UV detection. The detection limits of the common cations are 0. 023 - 0. 357 mg/L. The relative standard deviation and the recovery of standard addition are in the range of 1.62% -4.95% (n =7) and 93.9% - 105.3%, respectively. The proposed method is of high practicability in online determination of heavy metal ions.
