全面质量管理（TQM）是企业获取并维持竞争优势的一种方法。根据戴明的生产系统观，结合中国质量奖模型，分析了TQM关键因素与企业绩效的影响关系，在此基础上建立了TQM和企业绩效间的系统动力学模型。通过计算机仿真，探讨了TQM执行水平对企业绩效的影响规律，仿真时考虑了TQM实施中管理水平这一组织背景对企业绩效的影响。研究发现，TQM的实施对企业绩效有巨大的促进作用，这种促进作用有3年左右的滞后期，同时，企业管理水平对TQM的实施效果有重要影响。

英文摘要：

Total quality management （TQM） is accepted as a means of obtaining and sustaining competitive edge. According to Daiming＇s production system view, this paper analyzes the relationship among the factors of TQM and firm performance on the basis of China National Quality Award model, and establishes a model about TQM and firm performance using system dynamics approach. Then the model is emulated, the law of TQM influence on firm performance is investigated, and the effect of TQM efficiency on firm performance is investigated too. Finally, we find the acceleration is significant with effective implementation of TQM, and the lag phase of promoting effect of TQM on firm performance is about three years, and the management level has significant effect on the implementation of TQM.
