该文选取能反映汽车4S企业售后服务部门前台SA工作情况的13项指标对该岗位进行综合评价。因模糊性指标的存在,运用了模糊综合评判和加权模糊逻辑推理的原理,提出了面向SA绩效考核的模糊逻辑评价方法,使对员工业务水平的评价更加科学、全面、公正。
This paper synthetically evaluated the SA's professional level in after sale service department of the automotive 4S enterprise by representative 13 indices.Because of the existence of fuzzy indices,this paper employed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and weighted fuzzy logic inference,and put forward a evaluation method based on fuzzy logic for SA's performance appraisal,which make the evaluation of personnel's professional level more scientific,comprehensive and fair.
