With the speeding up of technological change and widely use of internet,companies begin to break the closed innovation mode and get innovation idea from the outside.Idea competition is one of the most important ways of open innovation.This article divides the idea competition into four stages,and shows the problems that exist in the idea competition to give some suggestions to the innovation of our country.
