离子液体在室温下通常为液态,是完全由有机阳离子与各种阴离子组成的盐。离子液体具有不易挥发,粘度可调,溶解力强,导电性好等特点,在分析化学领域具有广泛的应用。本文综述了离子液体在色谱法分析天然产物中的应用研究进展。通过查阅相关中英文文献,按照不同色谱方法对内容进行归结整理。表明离子液体在毛细管电泳(CE)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)及高速逆流色谱法(HSCCC)分离分析天然产物中均得到了应用。其中在CE中的应用最为广泛,包括毛细管区带电泳(CZE)、毛细管胶束电泳(MEKC)、毛细管微乳电动色谱(MEEKC)及非水毛细管电泳(NACE)。离子液体的应用有助于提高色谱法分析天然产物的分离分析效率,因此值得进一步推广离子液体的相关应用。
Room temperature ionic liquids( ILs), which are usually in the liquid form at room temperature, are salts composed entirely of organic cations and various anions. ILs possess fascinating properties such as low volatility, tun- able viscosity, strong solvency and electrolytic conductivity, which make ILs widely applicable in analytical chemis- try. This review summarizes the progress in applications of ILs in the chromatographic analysis of natural products. The related journal articles were collected from different databases, and the collected data was classified based on different chromatographic methods. Literatures reflect that ILs have been applied in the capillary electrophoresis ( CE), high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ), gas chromatography ( GC ) and high speed counter current chromatography (HSCCC) for the analysis of natural products. Among them, ILs are most widely used in CE analysis including capillary zone electrophoresis ( CZE ), micellar electrokinetic chromatography ( MEKC ), microemulsion electrokinetic capillary chromatography( MEEKC )and non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis(NACE). The applica- tion of ILs can improve the separation efficiency of chromatographic analysis of natural products. Therefore, further applications of ILs are worthy of promotion for the natural product analyses.
