According to the current situation of tobacco industry, the requirements of logistics management system are analyzed and the general configuration scheme of logistics management system based on RFID is pro- posed, including hardware configuration scheme and software configuration scheme. Besides, the reader opera- tion management module, the customer requirement information collection module, the customer satisfaction module and the warehousing management module are designed and analyzed. The application result shows this system is stable and practical.
