发展风电要有大思考

2006年以来,我国风电装机总量持续攀升,已成为全球风电累计装机量最高的国家。与此同时,我国的风电利用率并不高,弃风现象频发,电网建设和市场开发明显落后于产能的快速增长。本文通过回顾我国风电行业快速发展的情况,分析风电行业发展存在的问题,指出发展风电行业必须要有大思考,要以提高风电利用率为出发点,系统谋划涉及风电机组(零部件)制造、电站建设(风电机组安装、发电)和输配消费等于一体的"大风电"产业发展,统筹发展产业链与创新链。

英文摘要:

Since 2006, China's wind power capacity continues to rise, has become a global wind power cumulative installed capacity of the highest.At the same time, China's utilization rate of wind power is not high, power grid construction and market development obviously lagged behind the rapid growth of production capacity, q-his article analyses the existing problems in the development of wind power industry, points out that the development of wind power industry must have a strategic thinking, to improve the utilization rate of wind power as a starting point, to develope of the industrial chain as a whole with innovation chain.
