Since 2006, China＇s wind power capacity continues to rise, has become a global wind power cumulative installed capacity of the highest.At the same time, China＇s utilization rate of wind power is not high, power grid construction and market development obviously lagged behind the rapid growth of production capacity, q-his article analyses the existing problems in the development of wind power industry, points out that the development of wind power industry must have a strategic thinking, to improve the utilization rate of wind power as a starting point, to develope of the industrial chain as a whole with innovation chain.
