针对粉煤灰的潜在胶凝活性及其在工程中的应用情况,本文以磷石膏、粉煤灰和水泥为变化参数,采用正交试验法研究了不同养护龄期、不同配比和浓度下三因素对胶结充填体强度的影响。结果表明,养护龄期对充填抗压强度影响最大,其次是骨料配比,最不敏感的是浓度,同时表明运用正交试验优化胶结充填体强度的最佳条件,即骨料配比为1:1:6,浓度为63%,养护龄期为90天。分析结果可靠,对降低充填成本,减少环境污染具有重要意义,并为实际工程应用提供一定的参考。
With the potential gelatinizing activity of fly ash and its application in the engineering fields, phosphorous gypsum, fly ash and water-cement were taken as variable parameters in this paper. The effect of three factors such as curing time, filling materials and compounding concentration on filling body strength in descending order were explored with or- thogonal experiment method. The results reveal that the proportion of filling materials 1 : 1 : 6, the compounding concentra- tion 63 % , and the curing time 90 days, which is the optimum selection. It is of great significance to cut the filling cost and reduce the pollution of environment and provide some references to practical engineering construction.
