Five compounds were isolated from Serissa serissoides （DC.）Druce. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral, evidences as 5-Acetyl-6-hydroxy-2- isopropenylbenzofuran （ 1 ）, 5-Acetyl-6-hydroxy-2-acetonepenylbenzofuran （ 2 ）, Diethyl Phthalate （3） ,β-sitosterol （4） ,Stigmasterol （5）. Compound （1）, （2） and （3） were isolated from Serissa serissoides（DC. ）Druce for the first time.
