为评价公交专用道绿波信号设置对社会车辆及乘客的总延误影响,引用了人总延误评价方法。给出了公交专用道绿波信号设置方案,建立了公交优先条件下城市道路交叉口绿波协调控制模型,基于VISSIM微观仿真软件分析了交叉口延误情况。实例研究表明:公交专用道绿波信号要使主、次路的道路、交通满足一定宽度及流量条件方可设置;公交专用道绿波信号设置效果可以用交叉口人总延误改善率来判定。该方法分析说明公交专用道绿波信号设置只要使整体效果最优,其设置是可行的。
To evaluate the influence of total delay of special bus lanes with the green-wave signals for the community vehicles and passengers, the average people delay is quoted in this paper as an evaluation. We present a design of transit signal priority controlled by green-wave signals and set a model of urban intersections controlled by green-wave signals under the condition of transit signalpriority. VISSIM is applied to analyze the condition of intersection delays. The results showed that under certain road width and traffic volume conditions on the main and secondary roads,the bus lanes with the green-wave signals can be set up. Also, the rate of improvement in average people delay is used to analyze if it is necessary to set up bus lanes with the green-wave signals. It finds out the setting of bus lanes with the green-wave signals is feasible as long as the whole effect is optimized.
