特效植物营养素的表观遗传效应对沙糖桔产量及生化性状的影响

以沙糖桔为材料,采用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施植株进行了连续两年的试验,第1年的试验分为用营养素喷施和清水喷施两个类型,第2年将试验分为上年营养素喷施的再用营养素喷施、上年营养素喷施的用清水喷施、上年清水喷施的用营养素喷施及上年清水喷施的再用清水喷施4个类型。结果表明,SPNE处理的第1年能提高沙糖桔的产量和品质,上年经SPNE处理的沙糖桔在下年不处理还能产生超过对照的表观遗传效应,表现为产量性状及可溶性固形物含量、蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶等生化性状超过对照。两年都用营养素处理的表现效果最佳。

英文摘要:

SPNE(Special Plant Nutritional Element) was sprayed to plants of shatang orange in two years. The plants were divided into two types that were sprayed by SPNE and water in the first year, then the plants were divided into four types in the second year: The plants were sprayed by SPNE in the first half year, were sprayed by SPNE again in the second half year; The plant were sprayed by water in the first half year, were sprayed by SPNE in the second half year; The plant were sprayed by SPNE in the first half year, were sprayed by water in the second half year; The plant were sprayed by water in the first half year, were sprayed by water again in the second half year. The results showed that the yield and quality of shatang orange could be increased by SPNE in the first year. When the shatang orange plants were treated by SPNE in the second year, yield and content of soluble solids, protein, chlorophyll and activity of peroxidase(POD) were better than the contrast. The best group was that treated by SPNE for two years.
