目的探讨槲皮素-7-硫酸酯钠(SQMS)的体外抗氧化活性。方法取小鼠肝组织,匀浆,体外孵育,分光光度法检测不同浓度SQMS(0.10、0.25、0.50 mmol/L)对肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。结果与空白组相比,不同浓度SQMS(0.10、0.25、0.50 mmol/L)均能显著降低肝组织中MDA的含量;中、高浓度SQMS(0.25、0.50 mmol/L)能显著升高肝组织T-AOC;低、中浓度SQMS(0.10、0.25 mmol/L)对肝组织SOD活力有显著升高作用。结论 SQMS具有较强的体外抗脂质过氧化作用及抗氧化能力,其抗氧化可能与提高SOD活力有关。
Objective To study the anti-oxidative effects of Sodium quercetin-7-sulfonate(SQMS) in Vitro.Methods In vitro homogenated mice liver and incubated with SQMS in different concentration(0.10,0.25,0.50 mmol/L),the content of malonaldehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected by spectrophotometric method.Results Compared with the control group,treatment with SQMS(0.10,0.25,0.50 mmol/L),the content of MDA in liver homogenate was significant decreased.The T-AOC was elevated significantly in middle and high concentration of SQMS(0.25,0.50 mmol/L).The activity of SOD was elevated signifi cantly in low and middle concentration of SQMS(0.10,0.25 mmol/L).Conclusion These results suggest that SQMS has strong antioxidant activities in vitro and its antioxidative capacity maybe related to improve the activity of SOD.
