数字化符合测量是在传统符合测量基础上发展起来的一种辐射计量新技术。文章讨论了数字化符合测量系统和传统符合测量系统的差别,介绍了基于探测器信号波形数字化的符合测量原理。提出用实验室中常用的数字示波器来代替专用的模数转换电路,设计了示波器数据获取与处理程序,通过对示波器获得的波形序列进行数字处理,实现了数字化符合测量。用22Naβ’放射源通过传统符合测量系统进行检验,获得很好的结果。

英文摘要:

Digital Coincidence Counting is a new technique in radiation metrology. In the paper, the difference between digital coincidence counting and traditional coincidence counting has been discussed. The concept of digital coincidence counting which based on the pulse digitalizing also has been introduced. Digital Oscilloscope which is commonly used in laboratory has been employed to replace dedicated analogdigital conversion module. Data acquisition and processing software has been designed. Digital coincidence counting has been completed by processing the data from oscilloscope. Traditional coincidence counting was used to check digital coincidence counting. Activity results obtained from both methods correspond well for 22 Na.
