滚动轴承疲劳寿命试验中振动信号采用连续采样替代周期性采样,有利于轴承疲劳失效的早期诊断。介绍了寿命试验中连续数据采集卡的硬件设计和软件实现。试验中所有信号输入/输出、转速与载荷的调整均在采集卡上完成,主机有相对多的时间在线识别轴承早期疲劳失效。
The successive sampling instead of periodic sampling for the vibration signal in the fatigue life test of rolling bearings is beneficial to the diagnosis of premature fatigue failure of bearings. The hardware design and software implementation of the continuous data acquisition card in life test are presented. All the signal inputs /outputs,adjustment of rotating speed and loading during the test are completed on the acquisition card,the host can use relatively more time for online identification of premature fatigue failure of bearings.
