根据Penning阱存储离子的探测原理,系统分析了离子谱的探测灵敏度、信噪比、分辨率与品质因数Q的关系.结果表明离子游的探测灵敏度和信噪比分别与Q值的平方成正比.Q值越大,离子谱的分辨率就越好.通过采用适当的品质因数(Q值为120左右),抑制实验仪器及探测回路的噪声干扰,得到了探测灵敏度、信噪比、分辨率较好的离子谱.通过辨认高分辨率离子谱,确定团簇离子分别为H^1,H2^+,H3^+,H1^+,H5^+,H6^+;H4^+,H6^+与H3^+,H5^+生成机制是相同的,都是经碰撞合成反应生成的。
According to the detecting principle of the ion stored in penning ion trap, the paper systematlcally analyzes the relationship between ion spectrum's detective sensitivity, signal to noise ratio, resolution factor and quality factor in Penning ion trap. The result indicates that the degree of sensitive detection and SNR is proportional to Q^2 ; ion spectrum's resolution factor is better when Q value is bigger. Ion spectrum with high detective sensitivity, SNR and resolution factor is got by applying proper Q (Q≈120) and restraining noises of experiment instrument and detection loop. Clusters are H^+ , H2^+ , H3^+ , H4^+ , H5^+, H6^+ by identification Ion spectrum with high detective sensitivity, H4^+ , H6^+ and H3^+ , H5^+ are produced by collision compound reaction.
