以西北某炼化企业二级出水为研究对象,研究了铁炭在水中微电解作用有效降解CODCr的作用机理。通过微电解降解炼油二级出水CODCr实验,确定了最佳工艺参数:Fe/C质量比为3:2,海绵铁投加量为15g/L,反应时间为2.5h,反应pH为3,填料粒度范围在1—2mm。在最佳参数运行下,出水CODCr去除率高达75%以上,达到了《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)出水水质要求。
Setting the secondary effluent of a certain refinery in northwest China as the research object, the author researches the mechanism of ferric - carbon micro - electrolysis action to degrade CODer effectively in water. De- grade CODcr of refining secondary effluent by means of micro - electrolysis experiments, meeting water quality re- quirements, " The reuse of urban recycling water - Water quality standard for industrial uses ( GB/T 19923 - 2005 )". At last to define the optimum craft parameters by experiments: the mass ratio of Fe/C is 3:2, the dosage of sponge iron is 15g/L, the reaction time is 2.5h, the pH of the experiment is 3, the packing particle size range is 1 -2mm. Under the optimum operation parameters, removal rate of the effluent CODcr reaches up to 75%, which also enhances the biodegradability of waste water.
