The characters of environmental technology innovation adoption are analyzed. The research progress is summarized and it is found that the bounded rationality is the important reason for the deficiency of the current explanation to the adoption. Based on the development of traditional and behavioral decision-making theory, the rational and behavioral variables are separated out by literature and empirical research. The framework of behavioral decision-making for firm＇s environmental technology innovation adoption is constructed.
