本文提出了一种基于Monte Carlo方法的多导联心电参数融合计算方法。在分别检测各导联心电参数的基础上,选取波形特征明显的Ⅱ、aVF、V3、V5四个导联,利用Monte Carlo方法确定最优权系数,将所选取的4个导联的心电参数进行融合。12导联心电图144个心跳周期QT间期的计算结果表明:利用该方法确定的融合心电参数,其分散性比单导联参数有显著改善,把融合参数作为检测结果将会提高心电信号自动检测的准确度。
An approach based on the Monte Carlo method for multi-lead ECG parameter fusion is present in this paper. Parameters of each lead were obtained at first. Then the leads Ⅱ , aVF, V3 and V5 , whose waveform characteristics are distinct, were chosen as the basic leads. The parameters of these 4 leads were fused using the optimum weight coefficients determined by Monte Carlo method. The QT intervals of 144 heartbeats were calculated from 12- lead ECG. The calculation result shows that the dispersive property of the fusion parameters has remarkable improvement comparing with that of the single lead parameters. So using the fusion parameters as the detection results will obviously improve the accuracy of automatic ECG detection.
