本文利用长三角1地区25个城市2007—2014年面板数据分析对外直接投资(OFDI)对区域技术创新能力的影响。结果显示,长三角地区OFDI对区域技术创新能力的影响存在明显的非线性特征,人力资本、对外开放度、金融发展水平、交通基础设施等表示吸收能力的变量均必须达到并超过某个特定门槛,OFDI才能对区域技术创新能力产生显著的促进作用;同时,随着吸收能力水平越高,OFDI对区域技术创新能力的影响越显著。此外,经济发展水平、产业结构水平和FDI均能对OFDI产生影响。
Based on the 25 cities data in Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2014, this paper computes the regional technology innovation capability of Yangtze River Delta with global principal components analysis method, then estimates the impact of OFDI to regional technology innovation capability in the restriction of absorptive capacity variables with panel threshold model proposed by Hansen. The results show that there is a significant nonlinear relationship between OFDI and regional technology innovation capability. OFDI has a significant impact on regional technology innovation capability only if the absorptive capacity variables such as human capital, openness, financial development level and transport infrastructure reach and exceed a certain threshold. Meanwhile, OFDI has more significant impact on regional technology innovation capability with the improvement of absorptive capacity. In addition, economic development level, industrial structure and FDI have a significant impact on regional technology innovation capability, but urbanization does not have a significant impact on regional technology innovation capability.
