利用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了2—2型BaTiO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3复合薄膜,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、扫描探针显微镜等对复合薄膜的结构进行了表征,用物理性能测量系统、铁电性能测试仪对其磁性、电性进行了测试.测试结果表明,所制备的样品在室温以上具有铁磁性和铁电性,并表现出了良好的磁电耦合效应.基于界面应力耦合机制探讨了材料的结构及两相之间的磁电耦合效应.
2-2 type BaTiO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 nanocomposite fihns were prepared by pulsed-laser deposition. The structure of the films was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope and scanning probe microscope. The ferromagnetic and ferroelectric properties were measured with physical property measurement system and TF analyzer 2000. The results indicate that samples have ferromagnetic, ferroelectric property and fine magnetoelectric coupling effect above the room. temperature. Basing on the theory of in terrace stress, the dependence of magnetoelectric coupling on the structure is discussed.
